Not sure if you’re ready to dive all in on Kanban? Enter your email address above, and we’ll invite you to a free Intro to Kanban webinar: “If I’m already using Scrum or another flavor of Agile, why do I still need Kanban?”

More Information:
Kanban is taking the world of management by storm. Rather than prescribing a framework that has to be followed, it teaches the principles of flow-based knowledge work and how to use those principles to organically grow a kick-ass organization of leaders. Kanban can work in any environment where a core group of people are willing to talk about problems they need to solve. You can be doing waterfall, agile, IT, marketing, operations, or finance. Kanban works with Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, DAD, and every other framework you can think of. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn how every person in your organization can positively influence the organization toward higher levels of achievement.

Class Length: 2 full days

Continuing Educations Credits Available: Yes

This class counts toward the second half (KMP II) of the Kanban Management Professional Certification from Lean Kanban University. See https://www.kanban.university/ for the full course description.
