These are the words that are often said within large enterprises that must continuously adapt and improve in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Although it sounds simple on the surface, it can be quite challenging to rapidly change and improve at enterprise scale. Why is this?

In this session, we will unearth the challenges inherent in large-scale organizational change and why it is threatening the long-term viability of our largest enterprises. To solve this difficult problem, we will explore a promising approach for continuous change and improvement referred to as a “Chapter of Change”. We will dig deep into the principles and practices for this approach by drawing on a powerful combination of Open Space Technology and Scrum, while sharing real-world experiences that can be used to implement a pragmatic “Chapter of Change” format in your organization.
