This session will discuss how critical continuous planning sustains an Agile organization and how to introduce OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) at every level of planning. We will review the four core principles that Scrum and OKR’s share, with a focus on how Transparency can increase your confidence in delivering what really matters to your customers.

My name is Kimberly Dornisch and after 25+ years in leadership positions, I am taking my extensive experience into a new direction to develop strategies, implement projects and facilitate teams to creative results through visual facilitation. My career started as a consultant delivering multiple large scale technology platform and business transformation projects in all project delivery roles for many large financial and insurance companies. I have worked directly for large insurance and financial services companies, including Hartford Life, MassMutual, Catlin and XL Catlin in a variety of different roles.
Gerri Vereen is a goal-oriented Performance Alignment Coach with over fifteen years experience in managing diverse and cross-functional teams within the areas of Internet Advertising, Operations and Technologies. I derive great personal satisfaction when coaching others who are facing challenges or major changes and by utilizing management and coaching skills, I can ably assists individuals and teams in developing action plans based on their business goals. I received my International Coaching Federation accreditation through SECA (Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance), a global coaching institute located in Washington DC and have been a member since 2009. As a supporter of Women leaders, I facilitate Women’s Leadership Forums and I am the Co-Chair for the Atlanta 2020 Women on Boards. #2020WOB
