This conference will be like no conference you’ve ever attended. Instead of a packed list of speakers we’re taking a fresh approach to the one day conference format with an emphasis on engaging each other in conversations and creative activities.

Agenda

The day will start with a “Talk Show” format where we’ll pull in 3 thought leaders in fun interview format to discuss the future of agile methodologies.
-We’ll talk with Rob Patrick from Scaled Agile about scaling in general, where it’s getting results and where it struggles
-From another perspective we’ll talk with John Badgley about descaling and enabling teams to function more autonomously
-Third in our list of interviews we’ll talk to Jackie Chambers de Freitas about culture and the implications (both positive and negative) that has on an agile ecosystem

In the middle of the day we’ll have a hands on workshop led by Matt Badgley that will give us practical take aways we can use to envision and execute customer centric products

We’ll round out the day with some incredibly fun learning with interactive games facilitated by the professionals from The Big Game Show
