The Business Agility Atlanta meetup is an open, interactive and collaborative discussion of Business Agility approaches across the enterprise including HR, Marketing, Finance, Support, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, etc. Come join the conversation at one of our monthly meetups, share your experiences and collaborate with others actively pursuing ways to be more responsive and effective in all parts of the enterprise.

Our September meetup will be led by Joshua Jack and Tony Shawver from MATRIX. Josh & Tony will discuss how agility in construction can change how we do work in our respective functions.

Overview: In this session, we take lessons from how construction and architecture are applying business agility practices and what other verticals and business units can gain from these practices. From planning to actual construction to changes in local code enforcement, agility in one of the traditionally most waterfall verticals is shifting how we think.

Audience: Team leads, managers, directors and above throughout the organization. Come join the discussion and let’s talk about ways to get the right people on-board in our own organizations to increase our responsiveness and effectiveness.
