The Business Agility Atlanta meetup is an open, interactive and collaborative discussion of Business Agility approaches across the enterprise including HR, Marketing, Finance, Support, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, etc. Come join the conversation at one of our monthly meetups, share your experiences and collaborate with others actively pursuing ways to be more responsive and effective in all parts of the enterprise.

In March, Michael Noel will discuss a number of business agility scenarios and case studies across functions like sales and customer service. He will cover structures, governance models, and funding models that have worked, for exploiting agility, to achieve business results. He will talk about strategies for influencing change and for overcoming political, cultural, and structural impediments that often get in the way of business agility.
