The Business Agility Atlanta meetup is an open, interactive and collaborative discussion of Business Agility approaches across the enterprise including HR, Marketing, Finance, Support, Sales, Recruiting, Operations, etc. Come join the conversation at one of our monthly meetups, share your experiences and collaborate with others actively pursuing ways to be more responsive and effective in all parts of the enterprise.

Our July speaker is Karen Page, leading a discussion on “How to Create a Culture Comfortable with Change in Order to Enable Business Agility”. As we strive to move our companies along the Business Agility maturity curve from crawl and walk to run and fly we will be introducing a lot of change to our organizations. Let’s get together to talk about how to create a culture comfortable with change. We will discuss how to set a foundation to improve our odds of success as we establish a learning organization. This session is intended to be interactive – bring your examples of what changes are occurring in your teams and companies. Topics will include:

· Creating an environment of trust – executing a deliberate change communication plan. ADKAR Model

· Learning mindset – inspect and adapt
