You may be asking, why isn’t the topic about agile, or agile leadership, or agile at scale? But it is. There are few things more important in addressing any of these than understanding and enhancing our leadership styles. This applies to us as individual contributors, technical experts, agile evangelists, consultants or leaders. At our first weekly gathering we will be talking about our own leadership styles and the purpose of this book club, and we will discuss the Introduction to the book.

In the second session we will discuss chapters one and two and how leadership impacts an organization.

By the third session we will have taken the online self-assessment of our leadership, using the Leadership Circle Profile, and will begin tying our profile results to the books lessons. This will be the last session for new joiners.

Be forewarned, this book entails some work and introspection, but it is well worth it for everyone.
