The agenda will start with a short lunch (15 minutes) sponsored by Genuent. After lunch, we will start the meetup with brief individual introductions (10 secs each) and then move to a Quick-Fire (10-15 minute) discussion on Kanban presented by Jeremy Pullen of Polodis Inc.

The event will then move to the Lean Coffee (http://leancoffee.org/) format. Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants will gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting is democratically generated.

We will close the meetup with a “Rapid Retrospective” (5 minutes) covering what was beneficial to the group and what could be enhanced in future ATAG meetups.

The total event time is scheduled for 1.5 hrs.

Please arrive a few minutes early because attendees will need to sign in at the front desk. Parking is available in front of the building and behind the building. Please park on the M3 side since the other side of the lot is owned by SAGE.
